Single Cell Sequencing Techniques in Plant Biology Part I

Part 1: From Plants to Data Generation
Virtual Workshop
April 14, 2023

The first part of the two-part workshop on Single Cell Sequencing Techniques in Plant Biology will focus on bridging the gap between laboratory work and data generation. If you are starting your journey or already gained experience with single cell transcriptomics, multiomics, or spatial transcriptomics, this will be an excellent place to hear from skilled researchers and industry-leading companies about the key points and techniques necessary for a successful and high-quality dataset. We will discuss experimental setups and procedures, including sample preparation techniques, different assay types and technical considerations.

Registration is closed for the Single Cell Sequencing Techniques in Plant Biology – Part 1 workshop.Workshop TimesPDT – 8:00am – 12:30pm
